Our Story
Leadership Group
Our Leadership Team is comprised of experienced professionals who are deeply committed to Milestone Funeral Partners, our valued partners, and the families they serve. With a collaborative approach and a strong foundation in funeral service, our leaders provide guidance, resources, and strategic direction to ensure every location is empowered to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. We believe that by investing in our people and standing alongside our partners, we strengthen the meaningful work being done in every community we serve.
Julie Williams
DIRECTOR OF ADVANCE PLANNING
Julie’s tenure in the funeral industry spans 12 years. Her second career began in 2013 as she worked as a cemetery director in Toronto, Canada. Julie continued with her jurisprudence and became a licensed funeral preplanner, helping families with both facets of their final wishes. Educating families on the importance of preplanning through community outreach, in the vastly-populated suburbs of Toronto, filled her spare time.
In 2019, Julie emigrated to the Boston area, working at SCI in the Greater Boston & Southern NH area. As Sales Manager, she managed a team of advance planning funeral directors at 16 funeral homes.
In her spare time, Julie volunteers at a local hospice. She is a certified celebrant. Keeping fit remains a constant passion in her life. Julie has dual citizenship and she currently resides in the Boston area. She is happily married and a very proud mom to her 2 sons and her 2 ‘bonus’ kids in Boston.

Heather Rauch
Marketing support lead
Heather began her career in the funeral industry at 18 years old, driven by a deep sense of wonder about how the mind processes loss. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science from SUNY Canton and later, was among the first graduates of their online Funeral Services Administration Bachelor’s Degree program.
A proud Buffalo native, Heather now calls Central New York home. She has spent her career with small funeral homes in charming communities, where she enjoys all aspects of funeral service.
Heather is actively involved in the profession, serving on the Board for SUNY Canton’s Funeral Services Administration Program and she serves as Continuing Education Coordinator for her local Funeral Directors Association. Heather is a graduate of the inaugural class of the New York State Funeral Directors Association’s Leadership Academy and is presently a member of their Bridge Commission. She enjoys traveling and learning about the various funeral customs and traditions of the world. Outside of her career, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, most especially her daughter, Indigo Rain, and embracing the beauty of New York State.
Lindsey Lopes
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Lindsey is an experienced Human Resources leader with a decade of expertise in driving organizational success across a diverse range of industries, including non-profit, software, healthcare, and biotech.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering empathetic, inclusive, high-performance work environments, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals, and enhancing employee engagement.
Lindsey serves as the Secretary of the Durham, Maine Cemetery Committee providing volunteer caretaking for the 13 historic cemeteries in the town. Lindsey enjoys being creative and particularly enjoys creating art with her young son Frankie.
David Mahoney
DIRECTOR OF Integrations
David Mahoney joined Milestone with more than 20 years of leadership experience in public
service, operations, and organizational development. A graduate of Fitchburg State University,
David later earned his Master of Public Administration from Anna Maria College and has built
his career leading teams, improving operations, and helping mission driven organizations grow
while serving their communities.
David began his career in law enforcement in Massachusetts, where he served as both a Patrol
Officer, Detective and trainer. Throughout his career, David has led multidisciplinary teams,
managed complex operations, and remained committed to developing future leaders through
collaboration, mentorship, and servant leadership.
David served on the Advisory Board of the Brett M. Staples Brain Disorder Awareness Coalition
and mentors first responders in resilience and leadership programs. He is also the recipient of the
Medal of Valor from his former police department and the Massachusetts Coalition of Police
Platinum Medal of Valor.
A lifelong New Englander, David is excited to join Milestone and contribute to its mission of
serving families and communities across our expanding network. Outside of work, he enjoys
spending time outdoors, especially fishing, exercising, mentoring emerging leaders, and
supporting organizations that serve veterans and first responders.
Austin Perrin
Market Director
Vermont, New Hampshire & Maine
Austin is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in New Hampshire, Vermont and Tennessee. He has worked in the funeral profession since 2016. Austin began his career as an apprentice with a funeral home in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. He was a Sum Cum Laude graduate from FINE Mortuary College in 2019. Austin joined Milestone Funeral Partners in 2021 and has served families at various locations throughout New Hampshire.
Austin resides in the Lakes Region of NH with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family, golfing, and fishing.
Alfredo Camargo
Market Director
Connecticut, Massachusetts & Rhode Island
Alfredo is a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Licensed Funeral Director and member of the CT Funeral Directors Association. He completed his professional training at American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in New York, NY graduating Cum Laude in 2014. Alfredo joined Milestone Funeral Partners in 2024.
When not working, Alfredo enjoys sports, outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.

Martin Ciaccia
Market Director
Central New York & Hudson Valley
Marty Ciaccia brings almost two decades of licensed funeral service to Milestone Funeral Partners. A native of Frankfort, New York, Marty began his career in funeral service at age 15 and graduated from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service in 2008. He became a New York State Licensed Funeral Director in 2010 and also holds a funeral director license in Florida.
Marty’s career includes serving families and leading funeral home operations in both New York and South Florida. He returned to Central New York in 2014, joining the Enea Family Funeral Homes and Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Homes. In 2017, he helped establish Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, where he has served as General Manager and Licensed Funeral Director.
His extensive experience in funeral service and operations brings a valuable firsthand perspective to Milestone’s leadership team and its commitment to supporting funeral professionals and the communities they serve.

Vincent Iocovozzi
Market Director
Western & South-WESTERN New York
With a deep commitment to serving families with compassion and professionalism, Vincent G. Iocovozzi has dedicated his career to the funeral service industry. He earned his Degree in Mortuary Science from the American Academy McAllister Institute and presently holds a New York State Funeral Directors License.
Vincent has also furthered his expertise and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Funeral Services Administration from SUNY Canton.
Beyond his role as a funeral director, Vincent has held key positions in the industry, including serving as Sales Manager for a local monument company and owning his own trade business.
Vincent’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, Gianna, a dedicated teacher, are proud parents to their daughter, Mila Rose. Together, they cherish family time and remain deeply connected to their community.
Scott Fraser
Market Leader
Milestone Crematories & Cemeteries
Scott’s history with Gracelawn Memorial Park began while he was still in high school. In 1994, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served before eventually returning to Gracelawn in 2006 as Director of Buildings and Grounds. In 2013, Scott was named Executive Director, overseeing all aspects of Gracelawn’s operations. He continued in that role until joining Milestone Funeral Partners in 2023.
Scott lives in Maine with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing disc golf, and building LEGO.
