In this key role, our Market Directors will provide leadership and strategic oversight of operations within their designated regions. This role supports our Market Leaders, Location Managers and Funeral Director by ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and alignment with Milestone’s core values and goals. Serving as a key link between individual locations and Milestone as a whole, our Market Directors will help strengthen our teams, maintain a high level of performance, and foster meaningful connections across the region.
