Development of leaders is a founding principle. It is as an “X-Factor” at Milestone Funeral Partners. Adult education in the specific curriculum of leadership is not easy. Timothy “TJ” Smart and Michael Martel continue to evolve and enhance proven methods of experiential learning for busy professionals. Group work, one-to-one coaching, and ongoing development enable us to have the most capable and astute leaders in the communities we do business in. Our annual “Camp Leadership” program is a fundamental development tool for our Managing Partners.
